We are looking for 1-3 people to sublet single rooms in our house (there are 3 of us, college students, mixed gender) from early Sep.-Jan 1. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of the Cannon river, walking distance from Carleton College, downtown, and grocery stores, and close to St. Olaf College (drive, bike, or walk).
We are clean, enjoy cooking, will be busy with studies, but also like to make time for fun, occasionally. Smoking is acceptable outside.
